Our Telecom client is seeking a Junior Collections Specialist (3+ years) to manage assigned accounts using collections and account reconciliation.
Join a finance and accounting team supporting a portfolio of assigned accounts within the TMT sector. This 3-month contract focuses on collections activities, account reconciliation, and resolving account issues through client communication. The role offers direct involvement with clients, Sales, AR, and Billing teams to support account resolution activities.

Must Haves
- 2+ years of Collections experience
- Account reconciliation working with clients, Sales, AR, and Billing teams
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Nice to Have
- Broadcast industry experience
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients primarily through email to collect account balances
- Reconcile assigned accounts
- Resolve account issues with clients and internal related parties
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Coordinate with Sales, AR, and Billing teams on account matters
