Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Agent to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Respond to customer questions about products, services, billing, or accounts
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Document customer interactions in the company system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Follow company policies and customer service procedures
Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism during all interactions
Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center or customer service experience
Experience using CRM software
Multilingual skills are an asset
Previous experience in the wheel industry in an asset
What we offer
Hours : 09:30-18:00 / Monday-Friday
Salary : to be determined based off prior call center experience
