Procurement Systems Developer - S2P, P2P, API, SQL Brampton, ON - Hybrid (3 Days WFO) Role Descriptions: • Analyze, design, develop, and support procurement solutions aligned with business requirements. • Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders to understand and optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Configure and develop solutions within procurement applications and enterprise platforms. • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between procurement systems, ERP platforms, and third-party applications. • Develop and consume APIs, web services, and middleware solutions for seamless data exchange. • Perform data mapping, transformation, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. • Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Create technical and functional documentation, including design specifications and integration workflows. Essential Skills: Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. • Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle including sourcing, requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, receiving, invoicing, and payments. • Hands-on development experience in procurement platforms and ERP applications. • Experience with API development, REST/SOAP web services, and integration frameworks. • Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, data mapping, and data transformation. • Experience with SQL, database concepts, and reporting tools. • Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Technical Skills: • Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer, or similar solutions. • Knowledge of middleware and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or similar. • Experience with API management, microservices architecture, and automation tools. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Nice to Have: • Experience in procurement data migration and system implementation projects. • Understanding of supplier onboarding, contract management, and spend analytics. • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Power BI, or advanced reporting solutions. • Relevant Procurement or ERP certifications. |
