We are considering both full-time live-in and live-out options to find the best fit for our family. The role involves not only caring for the children but also some light housekeeping duties. Therefore, a candidate who is organized and tidy would be ideal. In addition to daytime care, we may require overnight care on occasion, so flexibility is a must.
