Our public sector client is seeking a Secret Senior Change Management Consultant (10+ years) to support organizational transformation using change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning. The resource will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication frameworks that align with project objectives. Key tasks include conducting impact assessments, identifying change risks, and designing mitigation strategies, as well as delivering training and support to facilitate user adoption. The resource will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to drive readiness, reinforce adoption, and institutionalize change management best practices to ensure a smooth transition and successful realization of project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the change management strategy aligned with business goals
• Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for change initiatives
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and surveys
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
• Conduct impact assessments across people, process, and technology
• Track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change-related risks
• Provide updates, presentations, and recommendations to executives and governance bodies

Must Haves
