Construction Site Supervisor (Institutional)

Our client, an architectural firm with major institutional projects (transportation, healthcare, etc.) is looking for a Construction Site Supervisor, (40% travel within the Greater Montreal area).

• Manage all aspects of construction projects of varying sizes and complexity, depending on your level of experience;
• Work closely with a lead architect;
• Review shop drawings;
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports;
• Prepare all documentation related to construction progress and project delivery;
• Participate in the continuous improvement process of the site supervision department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Architecture, member of OAQ;
• At least 8 years of experience in construction site supervision and administration, (experience with institutional projects is a plus);
• Asset: Ability to work on fixed-price or fee basis contracts;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office;
• ASP certificate; asset: training in harnesses and work at heights and confined spaces;
• Training or experience in construction litigation and schedules;
• Access to a vehicle;
• French.
