About the Role
As an Arborist Foreman, you'll lead and mentor your crew while performing advanced pruning and tree removal work. You'll help plan each job, lead safety on site, and ensure work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to Horizon's high standards.
ISA Arborist Certification is required, along with at least one of the following:

This is a 100% field-based role requiring physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
You'll work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
