This senior leadership position is focused on driving net organic asset growth, recruiting and transitioning new advisors, and enhancing advisor retention and engagement. The successful candidate will be a key partner to advisors, serving as the primary field leadership representative and ensuring that regional needs are effectively communicated and addressed. Responsibilities include leading the regional growth strategy, conducting business reviews, coaching on various aspects of practice management, and promoting the adoption of corporate growth programs. The role also involves representing the voice of advisors internally and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective advisors.
