Description de posteSupportaccounting and ERP systems Assist withreporting automation, data validation, and process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally withMarketing, Operations, and HR Support enhancements tofinance documentation and internal controls Diploma or Bachelors degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field Strong Excel and PowerBI skills, includingpivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modeling 25 yearsof relevant accounting and / or financial analysis experience Solid understanding ofaccounting principles (ASPE) Experience withaccounting or ERP systems High attention to detail with a stronganalytical mindset Ability tocommunicate financial information clearlyto non-finance stakeholders CPA (Canada) designation or CPA candidate CFA charter or CFA candidate Onsite at our headquarters in Richmond, BC. In light of our rapid business expansion,abm is seeking aFinancial Analystto support bothfinancial analysis and accounting reporting.This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys combining accurate financial reporting(accounting)withanalytical insightsto support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Accounting Reporting
- Preparemonthly management reports(actual vs. budget vs. prior year)
- Conductvariance analysisand provide clear, concise explanations
- Analyzerevenue, gross margin, and operating expensesby department and product line
- Supportannual budgeting and rolling forecastprocesses
- Assist withcash-flow forecastingand working-capital analysis
- Supportpricing, cost, and margin analysis, including in-house vs. OEM products
- Preparead-hoc financial analysisto support management and strategic initiatives
- Performfull-cycle accountingtasks
