Description de posteEnsuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner always; Support payroll accounts payable dispatch and training; Verify Payroll Data Entry; Weekly Payroll reconciliations; Vouchering invoices for payment; Creating Purchase Orders for the Branch; Submitting Expense reports for field employees; Scanning and entering backup and other required paperwork into the system; Accurate daily data entry; Monthly reconciliation of expense reports; Assist with month end reporting; Support and manage Learning Management System; Book 3 Support Branch with onboarding for turnaround workforce; Cross-train and support other branches with administrative tasks as needed. 1+ years customer service experience preferred; Strong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Excel required; Strong verbal and written communication skills required; Effective organizational and time management skills required; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; CH

The successful candidate will be responsible for variety of administrative tasks including Payroll Account Payable Receivables and submitting expense reports.
