Job Description
We are looking for a Ferrous Receiving Labourer to join our team in Laval.
What you will be responsible for
- Welcome customers and follow the applicable receiving procedures;
- Receive, unload, sort and inspect ferrous metals;
- Identify different types of metals and assess their quality;
- Operate other equipment as needed, such as a forklift;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards;
- Perform other related duties to support site operations.
Qualifications
To join our team
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence;
- Experience in an industrial, recycling or related environment (asset);
- Forklift experience (asset);
- Knowledge of different types of metals (asset);
- Good physical ability and ability to work outdoors;
- Responsible, punctual, resourceful and safety-conscious;
- Team player.
