Scope of Work Interior demolition of residential units Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and non-structural walls Site clean-up and debris removal Requirements Must operate as an Independent Contractor Registered business with GST/HST number Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate Own vehicle, tools, and PPE Experience in residential demolition What We Offer Consistent work opportunities Bi-weekly payment schedule No need to hunt for work, projects are assigned directly Streamlined work order process and ongoing support This opportunity is for Independent Contractors only .
