About the Role

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is looking for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor in Princeton, BC at our Tapton Ave location. If you love providing exceptional client service and are career‑focused, this is the place for you.

Expected Compensation

The hourly rate is $21.04 for a 37.5‑hour work week, with increases following licensing and promotion to the Insurance Advisor role. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months of hire, depending on individual performance.

Training & Licensing

Westland supports all Trainees through licensing and training. As a Trainee you will :

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland.
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six‑week training period and beyond.

Position Responsibilities

As a Trainee, Insurance Advisor , you will develop your career in insurance by learning how to promote and educate clients on insurance products. You will anticipate and interpret client needs and complete a variety of insurance transactions.
