We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrator to serve as the welcoming face of our company while managing visitor safety procedures, multi-line phone calls, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is an organized, tech-savvy team player who excels at multitasking across various departmental needs, from event support and catering coordination to lunch-hour cafeteria backup. The hours will typically be in the office Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Base salary: $46,000 - $48,000 / year
Location: 400 Highway 6 N, Dundas, ON L9H 7K4
