Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant / Branch Care Coordinator for an approximately 2-month term assignment in Miramichi, NB. This position is ideal for an organized, customer focused administrative professional who enjoys working directly with clients and supporting day to day branch operations.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and customer service support related to respiratory healthcare services, including Sleep Apnea treatments and oxygen services. This role involves greeting customers, coordinating appointments, handling inquiries, completing administrative tasks, and assisting with the overall operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Answer and direct telephone and walk in inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Book appointments and provide appointment reminders.
  • Enter appointments and follow up appointments into the electronic scheduling system.
  • Provide general information and educational materials to customers.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
  • Complete Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with administrative functions and required documentation.
  • Assist with the sales, maintenance, and inventory of respiratory products and services.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
  • Assist with equipment related administrative tasks, including warranty, maintenance, and repair coordination.
  • Follow workplace health and safety, infection control, and confidentiality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as required.
  • Perform other administrative and branch related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College certificate, diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a call centre environment.
  • Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment is considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset but is not required.
  • Clean criminal record check required.
  • Professional office attire / business casual dress code.
What We Offer
  • $22.00–$23.00/hour plus 4% vacation pay (depending on experience)
  • Approximately 2-month term assignment
  • Immediate start
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Weekly payroll through direct deposit
  • Professional office environment
