Description de posteDirect and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Implement price and credits policies Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and / or volunteers Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and / or refugees (for example : facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Provides cultural competency training and / or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example : anonymizing the hiring process, etc.)
