Senior ServiceNow Developer Technical Lead to design and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead (Reliability, 5 years) to design and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions using IRM, HRSD, BCM, and IntegrationHub

Join a ServiceNow Platform Team supporting enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple business domains within a public sector environment. This role focuses on ServiceNow development, technical leadership, automated testing, integrations, and platform governance across IRM, BCM, HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, and custom applications. The position offers exposure to complex platform initiatives while working closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams.

5 month Contract, Hybrid (either Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary)

Must Haves

• 7+ years in ServiceNow development supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms
• Minimum 2 years supporting or implementing ServiceNow IRM
• Experience with one or more of Business Continuity Management (BCM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Custom ServiceNow applications
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder
• Automated Test Framework (ATF), code reviews, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms.
• Reliability status eligibility required

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
• ServiceNow Micro-Certifications related to ATF, Platform Development, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• French and English Bilingualism

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development teams
• Review solution designs, technical approaches, and development practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applications
• Design, implement, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integration patterns
