Position Overview:

Our client, a premier financial institution, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to join their ServiceNow Platform Team. In this role, you will design, configure, and support enterprise-scale solutions with a primary focus on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ecosystem—while providing technical oversight, code reviews, and mentorship across the platform.

Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a Lead Developer by conducting code reviews, providing architectural guidance, and enforcing platform governance and technical standards.
- ServiceNow Development & IRM Focus: Design and build custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
- Legal Service Delivery, and custom applications.
- Automated Testing (ATF): Design, implement, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and integrate ATF practices directly into release and deployment pipelines.
- Integrations & Support: Develop and maintain platform integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub while resolving complex Tier 3 technical support issues.

Qualifications
- Extensive years of hands-on ServiceNow software development experience.
- Recent years of direct experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and REST APIs.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Automated Test Framework suites.
- Proven track record conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and leading solution designs.

Asset Qualifications:
- Active certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-IRM, or CIS-HRSD.
- Business Continuity Management (BCM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
- Micro-certifications in ATF, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub.
- Fluent English/French bilingualism.
