Responsibilities
Live out the values of Chick-fil-A Sunridge by showing care for guests and team members and embodying the Core 4 of hospitality in every interaction.
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality while providing exceptional service in a clean, welcoming environment.
Take orders, explain and suggest menu items, and respond quickly and accurately to changes or requests.
Prepare, cook, assemble, wrap, and package food while maintaining food safety, quality, and speed-of-service standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of our brand, products, promotions, and standards while ensuring products and guest experiences reflect our brand, culture, and excellence.
Resolve guest concerns properly and promptly, with genuine care.
Monitor product hold times to ensure food is fresh, safe, and meets quality standards.
Maintain inventory and equipment responsibly and assist with opening and closing procedures.
Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leaders.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe restaurant, including floors, equipment, restrooms, and work areas.
Support team efforts and strengthen community relationships by working together and representing Chick-fil-A Sunridge positively.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality and contribute positively to the team.
