Senior Project Coordinator/ Junior- Intermediate Project Manager to coordinate SW-GIS application

Our consulting client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator/ Junior- Intermediate Project Manager to coordinate SW-GIS application and infrastructure upgrade initiatives

This role supports a high volume of concurrent infrastructure and SW-GIS application initiatives ranging from operational tasks to multi-month upgrade projects. The Project Manager will coordinate activities across SW-GIS application teams, TELUS technical leads, and client stakeholders while ensuring schedules, deliverables, and communications remain on track. Projects include network infrastructure upgrades, firewall and security software upgrades, server and platform component upgrades, and cybersecurity vulnerability remediation.

16- 20 hours/week, working within core PST hours. Remote across Canada. Initial contract until March 31st, , chances of extension

Must Haves

• Project coordination across multiple concurrent infrastructure and/or SW-GIS initiatives
• Stakeholder communication, schedule management, and deliverable tracking
• ServiceNow in project or coordination environments
• Infrastructure, application support, or technology upgrade project exposure

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SW-GIS application and infrastructure upgrade initiatives
• Track project activities and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups
• Manage schedules for ongoing operational and project-based work
• Communicate updates and announcements to stakeholders
• Coordinate activities with SW-GIS Application Leads, TELUS Technical Leads, and client stakeholders
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues impacting SW-GIS applications
• Ensure project tasks remain on track across concurrent initiatives
