Overview Join a large-scale modernization initiative replacing a legacy graduate awards platform with Blackbaud Award Management to support enhanced awards processes and services. This role leads the testing lifecycle across BBAM configuration, PeopleSoft ERP integrations, and phased data conversion and migration activities. The project supports the decommissioning of the existing GSMS platform and includes validation of both administrative workflows and the student portal experience.

Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into testing requirements
Develop and maintain testing documentation
