Marketing & Social Media CoordinatorHBI Canada | Part-Time, On-Site
Position Details:
  • Hours: 24 hours per week / 3 days
  • Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
  • Hourly Rate: $29/hour
  • Start Date: To be determined
  • Location: On-site at HBI Canada
  • Reports To: Marketing/Senior Management

About the Role:HBI Canada is looking for a creative, organized, and strategic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help strengthen our online presence, promote our brands, and support sales through engaging marketing campaigns.HBI Canada is the manufacturer, exclusive importer, and trademark owner of recognized brands including RAW®, JUICY JAY’S®, ELEMENTS®, MYWEIGH®, JENNINGS®, and more.This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative marketing ideas with practical execution and understands how to build brand awareness, strengthen digital channels, and create compelling sales promotions.
Key Responsibilities:1. Website Management:
  • Update and maintain HBI Canada’s websites.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website content, presentation, and user experience.
  • Keep product and brand information current and engaging.
2. Social Media:
  • Develop and strengthen HBI Canada’s social media presence.
  • Create and coordinate engaging social media content.
  • Develop content ideas and campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
3. Marketing & Sales Campaigns:
  • Develop creative marketing promotions and campaigns.
  • Create sales decks and promotional materials in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Develop marketing initiatives designed to support sales and strengthen relationships with customers and retailers.
  • Present promotional concepts for review and financial approval before development.
Strategic Marketing PlanA key first priority will be developing a strategic marketing plan for HBI Canada.
The successful candidate will:
  • Review our current websites, social media, and marketing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop a practical marketing strategy and priorities.
  • Submit the proposed marketing plan for approval before implementation.

Creative & Approval Process:You will work closely with our in-house team to develop and execute approved marketing initiatives.
  • Will provide graphic design support.
  • Sales Manager will provide sales and promotional support.
  • IT will provide technical support.
  • Final content will be reviewed and approved internally before going live.
  • Direct access to company accounts will be provided as appropriate and based on demonstrated needs.
  • All sales promotion ideas must be submitted for review and financial approval before development.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with an internal team.
  • Results-oriented and interested in using analytics to measure performance.
  • Able to bring fresh ideas while working within an established brand and approval process.

Performance & Growth:Success in this role will be measured using data and analytics.At the start of the role, our IT team will establish an analytics baseline. At the end of the initial six-month period, we will review the results together and evaluate growth across our digital and marketing channels.
Compensation & Schedule:$29/hour | 18 hours per week | 3 days per week | On-siteProposed schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMStart date: To be determined.
