We'relooking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in shaping our talent strategyandpartnering with leaders across the organization toidentify, attract, and hire top talent.

As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team,you'llcombine strong recruitmentexpertisewith strategic thinking, stakeholder partnership, and project leadership.You'llhelp drive recruitment excellence, champion an outstanding candidate experience, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to initiatives that enhance how we attract and hire talent across BCAA.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions across the organization.

• Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies andidentifythe capabilities needed for success.

• Build andmaintainstrong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Utilize data toidentifyroadblocks and shift strategies.

• Provideexpert guidance on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies.

• Represent BCAA externally through networking, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.

• Lead strategic talent acquisition projects that improve recruitment processes, tools, and programs.

• Track recruitment outcomes andleverageinsights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of BCAA's talent acquisition function.

What You Bring

• 5+ years offull-cycletalent acquisition experience, ideally in anin-houseenvironment.

• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including leadership, business-critical, technical, or specialized positions.

• Strong sourcingexpertiseutilizingtools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other talent pipelines.

• Proven ability to partner with leaders and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.

• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience considered an asset.

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.

The salary range for this position is $91,185.84to $113,982.36and isdeterminedviajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, marketdemandand internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
