The Channel Development Manager develops strategies for customer growth and ensures the relevance of major innovations and renovations through I2L ways of working in both Modern & Traditional Trade. They own the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) for the full trade, driving alignment of brand, customer, and Distributor field sales plans to achieve annual business targets. This role aligns activities, leveraging shopper insights provided by the Business Units, to deliver best-in-class execution of sell-out, and brand visibility initiatives within the trade.
