Strategy Specialist

Reporting to the Security Strategy management team, this role provides critical strategy, analytical, coordination, and executive communications support. The successful candidate will design high-level reports and presentations for senior leadership forums, research external geopolitical and technological trends, and translate complex threat landscapes into actionable business directions. This position plays an instrumental role in shaping global security narratives and building strategic business cases for future investments.

Executive Communications: Build and expand cyber security narratives, reports, and presentations tailored for executive-level and external audiences.

Forum Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for key governance committees, town halls, and recurring leadership meetings.

Trend Research: Monitor and analyze external trends, geopolitical shifts, emerging technologies, and evolving threats to generate actionable business insights.

Strategic Planning: Assist in developing the global security strategy and micro-strategies aligned with program initiatives.

Business Cases: Help formulate business cases and return on investment (ROI) metrics for future security strategic investments.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Education: University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in technology and/or business writing.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with proven expertise in storyboarding, visual design, and speaker notes.

Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to translate highly technical concepts into digestible insights for executive readers.

Analytical & Research Skills: Strong attention to detail, rigorous fact-checking abilities, and strong research capabilities.

Autonomy: Ability to drive initiatives independently with minimal oversight, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have: Prior experience managing executive communications, workshops, or board-level reporting.
