Digital Customer Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Digital Customer Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital customer advocacy programs through content management, campaign support, data administration, and advocacy platform operations.

Must Have skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate content libraries, trackers, calendars, and program information.
• Exposure to customer marketing, digital content operations, customer advocacy, or similar programs.
• Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience or comfort working with content management tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
• Excellent task management and organization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and deliverables.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do approach.

Nice to Have skills

• Experience with TechValidate and/or User Evidence, or a willingness to learn these advocacy platforms.
• Experience supporting customer survey or peer review campaigns.
• Experience working with customer testimonials, customer quotes, case studies, or other customer evidence content.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of key customer advocacy programs, including customer survey and peer review programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and publish, edit, and activate customer content.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive customer reviews through various campaigns.
• Upload and tag customer quotes, testimonials, case studies, and related content within advocacy platforms.
• Maintain internal folders and content libraries, ensuring customer evidence assets remain accurate and up to date.
• Categorize customer stories by industry, product, persona, region, and other relevant attributes.
• Assist with the administration of customer surveys and review campaigns.
• Monitor content submissions and track customer approvals and legal clearances.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, and dashboards supporting ongoing advocacy programs.
• Support day-to-day operations and administration of customer advocacy platforms.
• Generate reports related to the usage and performance of customer evidence content.
• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and coordinate with vendor support when required.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to gather required information.
• Communicate with external vendors and agencies regarding content and creative requirements.
• Prepare internal updates and recaps regarding content status and delivery.
