Our client, a well-established educational and training organization in the Wellington County region, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campus Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and community-focused organization where you can play a key role in supporting students, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with students and stakeholders, and can effectively balance administrative, compliance, and financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee campus administration and student record management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Support student admissions, registration, and ongoing service needs.
  • Manage administrative financial processes, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate reporting activities, audits, and annual compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of administrative experience ideally within the education sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining confidential records and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 3:00pm (approximately 30 hours per week)
  • $30/hour
  • 4 weeks of vacation
  • Paid shutdown periods during the summer and winter holiday seasons
