Our consumer business client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead payment services optimization initiatives using payment process integration, ERP integration, and finance technology transformation
Join a large-scale payment services optimization program focused on modernizing and automating payment operations across a transportation organization. This role leads integration and reconciliation initiatives spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payment processing, ERP integration, vendor/system integration, and finance technology transformation. The incoming Project Manager will take ownership of multiple active workstreams at varying stages, including ERP integration initiatives approaching go-live and early-stage transformation efforts requiring structure and direction.

Must Haves
- 8–12+ years in project management delivering payment systems, finance technology, and ERP integration initiatives
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payment reconciliation, and invoice processing project delivery
- System integration, vendor integration, business transformation, and technology/process consolidation initiatives
- M&A integration, post-merger integration, and coordination between Finance and Technology teams
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Nice to Have
- JDE exposure within ERP-integrated finance transformation programs
- Financial acumen within payment automation initiatives
- Complex integrated environment delivery
- Risk and dependency management across multiple workstreams
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of payment automation and finance transformation initiatives
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
- Oversee integration across ERP platforms, source systems, and invoice processing tools
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and third-party vendors
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to define requirements and priorities
- Maintain project governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, and milestone updates
- Drive initiatives to streamline payment workflows and automate payment operations
