Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centric primary care services that address the full spectrum of health needs.
  
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute medical issues and chronic conditions.
  
• Lead initiatives focused on disease prevention and health promotion through education and proactive strategies.
  
• Build and sustain a dedicated, long-term roster of patients to ensure continuity of care.
  
• Coordinate effectively with specialists and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient management.
  
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records using the LibreMD electronic health system.
  
• Collaborate harmoniously with clinic staff and fellow medical professionals to uphold high standards of care.
  

Requirements

• Hold recognized training, certification, or equivalent credentials in Family Medicine.
  
• Possess the eligibility and standing required for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
  
• Be qualified to engage in fee-for-service billing protocols with Manitoba Health.
  
• Maintain an unblemished professional record with all relevant regulatory authorities.
  
• Display superior communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal connections.
