Coordinator

Your job:

Ensure activities are carried out effectively, and monitor and control the team’s activities.

Assign and coordinate requests from internal and external partners, based on the responsibilities of team members and their capacity.

Help improve processes and related issues.

Work with coordinators on other teams and various partners.

Prerequisites:

A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience

Customer service experience

Coordination experience

Experience in banking, an asset

Experience in process improvement

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

Languages: English
