Résumé du poste : Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice de projet est responsable de la gestion, de la coordination et de l’exécution du plan de projet.

Cette personne participe à la réalisation de toutes les activités du projet et gère les ressources afin d’assurer l’efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité des projets.

L’objectif principal du poste est de soutenir le gestionnaire de projet dans la livraison de résultats de haute qualité de la manière la plus efficace possible.

  • À la discrétion du gestionnaire, cette personne peut également être appelée à diriger et gérer des projets de moindre envergure.

Responsabilités : Effectuer des visites de sites afin d’évaluer les conditions et les exigences nécessaires à la conception et à l’installation des systèmes.

Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion de projet pour élaborer et gérer les échéanciers, les plans de ressources, les approvisionnements, la mise en service des projets et les stratégies d’atténuation des risques, tout en contrôlant les coûts et en maximisant la productivité grâce à l’application des meilleures pratiques et des processus normalisés.

Participer à la collecte et à la gestion de la documentation technique (p.

ex.

dessins d’atelier, plans conformes à l’exécution) et préparer les dossiers de clôture de projet.

Assurer une gestion efficace de toutes les communications écrites et verbales liées aux projets.

Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle et résoudre rapidement toute préoccupation.

Participer aux visites de chantier et aux inspections avec les clients.

Veiller à offrir un service et une qualité d’exécution exemplaires à nos clients.

Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe requise.

Qualifications requises : Détenir un permis de conduire valide.

Posséder de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en coordination ou en gestion de projets.

Avoir de l’expérience dans la collecte et la gestion de documentation technique.

Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale ainsi que de solides compétences interpersonnelles.

Posséder de bonnes connaissances informatiques, notamment de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de projets.

  • Être capable de travailler de façon autonome, de gérer efficacement son temps et de respecter plusieurs échéances simultanément.

Maîtriser le français et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Qualifications souhaitées : Formation postsecondaire dans un programme de technologie du génie (contrôle et instrumentation, électronique, électricité ou domaine connexe), un atout.

Expérience dans l’industrie de la construction ou de la sécurité, un atout.

Expérience avec D365 (Dynamics 365), un atout.

Une dextérité manuelle est également requise pour effectuer occasionnellement des mouvements d’extension, soulever de légers objets de bureau et utiliser l’équipement de bureau.

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will manage, coordinate, and execute the project plan.

Participate in the delivery of all activities and manage resources for efficiency and project profitability.

The primary objective of this role is to support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality project results as efficiently as possible.

May be requested to lead and manage smaller projects at the discretion of the Manager.

Responsibilities: Visit client sites to determine conditions and requirements for system design and installation Work with the Project Management team to develop and manage schedules, resources plan, procurement, project commissioning and risk mitigation strategies, while controlling costs and maximizing productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes Assist and manage the collection of technical documentation (ie, shop drawings, as-builts) and prepare closeout packages Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns Attend site visits and client walk-throughs Ensure the highest quality delivery for our clients Perform other tasks as required Required Qualifications: Must have Driver’s License 1-3 years previous project coordination/management experience is required Previous experience collecting and managing technical documentation Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines Fluent in French & English Preferred Qualifications: Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.) would be considered an asset Experience in the construction/security industry would be considered an asset Experience with D365 considered an asset Vacancy Status: This posting is for a current and existing vacancy Physical Demands: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
