The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial motion, from pipeline advancement to market intelligence feedback. This includes co-selling alongside founders for the initial period and then leading independently, with a focus on breaking into new accounts from cold, particularly in the healthcare sector. The role demands the ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying committees and a target of closing enterprise partnerships within the first year. The Head of Sales will be expected to have a proven track record in enterprise health system sales at the C-suite level, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition and the ability to create demand for emerging category solutions. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of enterprise health system sales experience at the C-suite level, with a specific focus on new logo, cold-outbound closing. A background in early-stage or category-creation sales, as well as a history of closing enterprise deals in large US health systems, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to master technical domains, be adept at translating value across various stakeholder levels, and have a proactive approach to deal management. Experience in selling AI, governance, or emerging technology solutions into healthcare is preferred, along with a comfort in operating without a defined playbook and a history of building genuine relationships both internally and externally.
