1:1 Behavioural & Learning Support Assistant

The successful candidate

is warm, calm, patient, and able to build trusting relationships with children. They demonstrate sound judgment, remain composed in challenging situations, and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals. They are flexible in their approach, responsive to the student's individual needs, and committed to helping the student develop confidence, self-regulation, independence, and a positive school experience.
