Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships?
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to support our client's customer service operations.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, inquiries are resolved promptly, and service expectations are consistently exceeded. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Pay Rate: $23 - 25/hour for English only, and $25 - 27/hour for bilingual
  • Location: Maple, ON (100% on-site)
  • Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve order, delivery, invoicing, and product-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within ERP/SAP systems.
  • Monitor service levels and proactively communicate potential supply or delivery challenges to customers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts within customer care operations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, planning, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer care, order management, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Call centre or high-volume customer service experience.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience.
  • Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
