J&J MedTech Electrophysiology (JJMT EP)Commercial team is recruiting for a Clinical Team Manager, located in Ontario East. Ontario East covers Greater Toronto and Ottawa regions. This is a field-based position. At JJMT EP, we have one goal - to ensure those with cardiac arrhythmias can live the lives they want. This means transforming the latest advancements in electrophysiology into a suite of tools that empowers physicians with a range of treatments for the best outcomes. Quality products and approaches are achievable only through collaboration with the smartest minds in electrophysiology. For more than 30 years, we’ve been the global market leader in the science and technology of cardiac arrhythmia treatment, working with thousands of electrophysiologists to identify and develop diagnostic and treatment tools. And through onsite training, online courses and our global education centers, we work together to set new standards every day. Role Summary:

The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) is accountable for the successful development of EP Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) hold. This strategic role directly supports all aspects of talent development, pipeline building, onboarding, and clinical readiness within the territory. The CTM ensures new CAS hires are effectively trained, supported, and aligned with both clinical and commercial goals, maximizing their impact and performance. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development: Plays an integral role in the CAS recruitment process, alongside local Regional Business Manager, and directly supervises new CAS hires throughout their early development, providing guidance to ensure consistent progress and operational readiness. Strategic Support: Partners closely with the Regional Business Manager to enable all aspects of developing CAS talent, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. Collaborate with CTMs across regions on national initiatives to bolster CAS development and business opportunities. Operational Oversight: Oversees the region’s training effectiveness and optimizing clinical coverage. Direct people management responsibilities include all administrative duties, such as expense reporting and leave approvals, mid-year and year-end review process and technical knowledge for re-certification process. Ensures the Clinical Account Specialist team is fluent in competitive rebuttal and have evidence-based conversations with customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works in close alignment with the New Technology Specialist (NTS) and Product Specialists to harmonize commercial and clinical objectives, ensuring seamless integration between new CAS talent development and commercial execution. Includes liaising with customers and Product Specialist to effectively manage weekly case support scheduling and optimizing team deployment within territory and assisting with ad hoc case support needs in rest of country. Leadership: This regional leader works in close partnership with Commercial Education, the NTS, and the EP CAS Field Trainer (FT) to drive CAS talent development and commercial execution. The CTM provides strategic oversight and continuity in CAS development, bridging the gap between training delivery and commercial integration. Field readiness: Provide professional clinical support to physicians and health care providers on the safe and effective use of our three-dimensional mapping system (CARTO 3) in the Electrophysiology and OR suites. Provide support and expertise on the full MedTech EP product portfolio relating to electrophysiology procedures, including diagnostic and ablation catheters, intra-cardiac echo (ICE) catheters and RF ablation generator. Customer Oriented: Responsible in playing an integral part in optimally rolling out new technology, including peer to peer training, customer training & presentations and physician feedback collection. As a key member of the field team, manage account relationships in a thoughtful and strategic manner in collaboration with the Product Specialist to drive business and market share growth objectives. Qualifications:

Required:

Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment. 5+ years of experience in EP mapping procedures required with clinical and commercial talent Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). 2+ years clinical training or clinical education experience Travel & Work Environment:

Travel: Approximately 40% within assigned region Environment: Hospitals/EP labs and professional office settings; variable hours aligned to customer needs. Position requires sitting for extended periods of time, working in a hospital laboratory setting, attending live patient cases, and wearing protective gear (i.e. lead aprons), and willing to work variable hours to meet patient needs Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
