Overview
What You\'ll Do
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc
- Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
- Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
- Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
- Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success
What You\'ll Bring to the Table
Must be 18 years or older2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership rolesFlexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this positionDesire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environmentProven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving resultsValid driver02s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job functionThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Title : Assistant Store Manager
Salary or Pay Range : $18.00 - $21.00
Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
