The Opportunity We’re seeking a visionary Director of our HoopLife Regina Centre to lead our 9,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility and transform lives through basketball. You’ll manage operations, hire and mentor coaches and trainers, build relationships with families, and drive sales to pack HoopLife camps, clinics, and programs. This full-time leadership role demands coaching athletes on the court, plus office hours, making weekly calls to generate revenue, recruiting talent, and building programming. It’s a tough, rewarding challenge for a humble leader ready to commit to multiple years to shaping youth and countering a broken school system. What You’ll Do

Lead and manage Regina operations, ensuring our facility delivers an 11/10 experience daily.

Hire, train, and mentor all coaches and local staff, building a united team that inspires athletes to grow confident and successful.

Schedule and supervise all Regina Staff, fostering a culture of ownership, humility, and excellence.

Recruit top-tier trainers to join HoopLife, seeking talent that aligns with our mission.

Build and maintain relationships with all Regina families, making weekly calls to connect and engage.

Drive sales of camps, clinics, memberships, and programs, filling every session through relentless hustle.

Coach athletes on the court, leading sessions, league games, and programs with passion.

Oversee building upkeep—maintenance, cleaning, and equipment—to keep our facility world-class.

Work long, tough hours, balancing leadership, sales, coaching, and operations, giving your all to the mission.
