Part-Time Nanny / Household manager We're looking for a reliable, warm caregiver to join our family on a part-time basis, roughly 10–12 hours per week with potential for extra hours based on work schedules. We're hoping to find someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with our family. Our family: Three kids, ages 9, 7, and 5. What we need help with: After-school pick up and transportation to activities Homework support and facilitation Light household management to keep our daily flow running smoothly (laundry, tidying, organizing) Meal and lunch prep What we're looking for: Someone patient, engaged, and comfortable managing three kids with different personalities and needs A proactive helper who can anticipate what the household needs, not just follow a checklist Reliability and consistency — we're hoping this becomes an ongoing relationship, not a short-term fill-in Experience with school-age kids preferred; comfort helping with homework across a range of grade levels is a plus Schedule: Somehwhat flexible, ideally 12-6 2 days a week with optional additional hours.
