LOCATION:Pointe-Claire (Montreal)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our growingorganization is looking for an experienced NetSuite Solutions Engineer to takeownership of our NetSuite ERP platform and help drive the next phase of ourdigital transformation.

This is a hands-onrole that combines business analysis, solution design, development, reporting,and process improvement. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales,Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and IT to identify opportunities forautomation and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency across theorganization.

The ideal candidateenjoys solving business problems through technology, is comfortable workingindependently, and can take projects from concept to implementation.

This position is basedin Montreal and reports directly to the VP of IT/IS.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

NetSuiteAdministration & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuitecustomizations.
• Create and maintain custom records, fields,forms, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuiteissues while maintaining system stability and performance.
• Evaluate new NetSuite features andrecommend improvements during system upgrades.

Business ProcessImprovement

• Partner with stakeholders to understandbusiness processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Translate business requirements intoscalable NetSuite solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommendbest practices using native NetSuite functionality whenever possible.
• Help standardize processes acrossdepartments while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

Reporting &Analytics

• Build operational and executive dashboards.
• Design reports that provide visibility intosales, purchasing, inventory, finance, warehouse, and customer serviceperformance.
• Develop KPI reporting to supportdecision-making.
• Create automated reporting solutions thatreduce manual work.

Integrations

• Support and understand integrations betweenNetSuite and third-party systems including:

- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

- EDI platforms

- Shopify and other eCommerce platforms

- Payment gateways

• Troubleshoot integration issues.
• Assist with API-based integrations and datasynchronization.

Master Data Management

• Maintain data integrity across customers,vendors, inventory, pricing, and product information.
• Assist with data imports, exports,migrations, and validation.
• Develop tools and processes to improve dataquality and governance.

Project Delivery

• Lead ERP-related initiatives fromrequirements gathering through deployment.
• Coordinate testing with business users.
• Prepare technical documentation and usertraining materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time andaligned with business objectives.

Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 NetSuitesupport.
• Investigate system issues and implementlong-term solutions.
• Assist in training users on newfunctionality.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

• 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERPmodules.
• Experience developing SuiteScript (2.xpreferred).
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder,and SuiteAnalytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Saved Searches andWorkbooks.
• Strong understanding of ERP businessprocesses including:
• Finance

- Purchasing

- Inventory

- Order Management

- Fulfillment

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs andintegrations.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting andproblem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple prioritiesindependently.

Preferred

• Experience with WMS.
• Experience with EDI.
• Experience with wholesale, retail, ordistribution operations.
• Familiarity with AI and workflow automationtools.
