The successful candidate will be tasked with advancing the company's strategy in these areas, providing leadership for the innovation and commercialization ecosystem, and leading efforts in technology transfer and commercialization activities. This includes developing and implementing intellectual property strategies, overseeing invention disclosure, patenting, and licensing, and creating pathways for commercialization, particularly through venture creation. The role also involves developing a framework for entrepreneurship across the company, supporting and scaling ventures, and leading institutional strategies to translate research into societal and economic impact.
