The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves overseeing the medical staff, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The Chief Medical Officer will also play a key role in the development and execution of the organization's clinical and research strategies, with a focus on advancing the health and well-being of children and youth. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should be experienced in a senior medical leadership role, with a strong background in pediatric medicine. The role requires a deep commitment to the values of equity, cultural safety, and sustainability, as well as a proven track record in collaborative decision-making and dyad leadership. The ideal candidate will have a medical degree, be board-certified in their specialty, and hold a valid medical license. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. The Chief Medical Officer will be instrumental in driving the organization's vision of providing the best possible care for children and youth, both now and in the future.
