The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the strategic leadership and execution of the company's growth strategy, particularly in the context of the CAP 2030 plan. This includes supporting the development of new markets, services, and territories, and actively participating in strategic directions with the leadership team. The role also involves driving operational performance, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a background in senior executive roles within complex technical services or engineering organizations, with a strong focus on P&L management, business development, and a proven track record in growth and transformation. Key responsibilities for the Executive Vice President include team leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and contributing to the governance and partnership with shareholders. The candidate should be a pragmatic and credible leader, with a human, authentic, and mobilizing leadership style, capable of building trust and effectively interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
