Project Coordinator

• 3–5 years of business experience supporting projects, programs, organizational change or operational improvement.

• Experience in project coordination, project administration, project management office support, business coordination, business analysis, requirements coordination or a related role.

• Experience supporting requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, backlog creation or business analysis initiatives.

• Experience assisting with scope definition, planning, scheduling, governance reporting, risk, issue and change management.

• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, tracking commitments and coordinating follow-up across diverse stakeholders.

• Exposure to Agile, hybrid and/or traditional project delivery approaches.

• Experience using scheduling, collaboration, reporting and work management tools.

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Project Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies, specifically Waterfall and Agile.

• Completed or in-progress recognized certification, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Scrum or an Agile-related certification.

Other Information:

• Term: November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028

• Commitment: Full-time contract

• Hourly rate: $45 per hour
