The Financial Controller will play a key role in the Company’s financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and compliance activities, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, external service providers, and finance team. As the Company transitions from exploration to development, and eventually operations, the Financial Controller will be instrumental in financial process improvement and systems implementations that align with the Company’s project timelines. The role includes supporting financial management across Canadian and U.S. operations and helping ensure reporting, controls, and compliance requirements are met across jurisdictions.
