Reporting to the Operational Controller, the Financial Analyst, Operations will work closely with the districts to ensure information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

This position is based in Winnipeg, MB.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Import journal entries and Chart of Accounts.

  • Create and maintain project and customer data within ERP.

  • Data input and posting of Accounts Receivable invoices

  • Accounts Payable invoice processing as required.

  • Assist with project cost allocations and variance analysis.

  • Support district teams with routine financial inquiries, reporting requests, and data validation.

  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis spreadsheets.

  • Support month-end closing processes.

  • Assist with audit, tax, and internal control support by gathering documentation and responding to information requests.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and consistency across operational finance activities.

  • Maintain organized filing and records management for construction contracts.

  • Required to communicate, verbally or written, with internal and external parties.

  • Ensures compliance with Company Policies and Procedures

  • Execute additional duties and requests as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration with a focus in accounting
