We are seeking a proactive Sales Trainer with a robust interest in sales training and a commitment to instructional excellence. The successful applicant will exhibit strong commercial acumen while managing intricate workflows in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading the design and implementation of training for our Cx and Sales program, focusing on transforming technical expertise into persuasive sales storytelling for our B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
Collaborate with the Training Manager to design and execute curricula for various product offerings, ensuring alignment with specific needs and evolving feature releases.
Define and document comprehensive educational paths for every role on a quarterly cycle. Integrate industry-leading techniques to boost overall commercial results and business yields.
Serve as a technical authority for AI-powered marketing solutions, dedicating 80% of efforts to instruction and 20% to operational support, facilitating platform adoption that drives partner success.
Partner with Sales Analysts to evaluate and report on educational impact, providing data-driven insights to leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Engage in at least one weekly collaborative sales call to demonstrate real-world application.
Facilitate two advanced development sessions along with a targeted microlearning module every week.
Manage the comprehensive induction process for incoming talent cohorts.
Communicate developmental progress and strategic observations during the weekly market business reviews.
Conduct detailed evaluations of skills gaps and learning requirements on a quarterly basis.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience in instructional delivery within a sales-centric organization, encompassing both inbound and outbound operations.
Comprehensive understanding of advertising solutions and artificial intelligence product landscapes.
Demonstrated passion for facilitating high-impact learning sessions in a live classroom environment.
Superior command of English, with the ability to communicate fluently and idiomatically in both written and verbal forms.
Advanced public speaking capabilities and presentation proficiency.
Previous background operating within a highly structured commercial sales framework is preferred.
Proven track record as an established educator or professional trainer is highly desirable.
Aptitude for project management and organizational coordination is an asset.
What We Offer
Base pay - $51,000 CAD per year.

Schedule
Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Full-time onsite presence required (5 days weekly).
