Your Day-to-Day as a Loader Operator. You’ll be:

• Skillfully operating a variety of mobile equipment and tools essential for production and maintenance activities.
• Working closely with the plant operator to efficiently manage the movement of fibre from storage piles to the plant, ensuring smooth storage and production processes.
• Uphold the highest safety standards by strictly adhering to all relevant government regulations and corporate policies.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and special projects, both inside and outside of equipment, as directed by your supervisor.
• Promptly report any safety incidents or infractions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

To excel in this vital role, you’ll need:

• A strong safety mindset is essential.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment; experience in this area is required.
• Equipment Operator certification and Level 1 First Aid Certification are assets.
• Ability to complete online and paper forms or basic checklists.
• Adaptable to changes in work schedule and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset.
• Good mechanical aptitude is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills are required.
