We are recruiting a Director of Philanthropic Development for a recognized, growing Quebec organization that has a concrete impact on youth.
This is a role for someone who loves to take charge, build strong connections, advance ideas, and create something sustainable. Here, you will not simply take over a well-oiled machine: you will actively contribute to evolving the function, structuring approaches, and supporting the next phase of growth.
You will be at the heart of the organization’s philanthropic development. Your mandate will be to grow, diversify, and sustain revenues by implementing solid, human, and mobilizing strategies.
