YOUR ROLE:Your main responsibilities will include:Collaborating with senior management in overseeing the company's financial and accounting functions;Managing and supervising the accounting team by providing guidance and support, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing;Preparing and presenting periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) in compliance with accounting standards;Participating in the annual budgeting process, including preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets;Analyzing budget variances and providing recommendations to improve financial performance;Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;Experience in a Financial Controller role within a professional services environment;CPA professional designation;Advanced skills in financial analysis and budget management;Strong interest in emerging trends and process optimization;Team management experience is an asset;In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and tax regulations;Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders;Excellent leadership skills;Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and spoken;Experience and interest in ERP system implementation and proficiency in accounting and financial software.
