The Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) is seeking a bilingual officer to be the first point of consumer contact. With over two years in financial services, you will assess complaints about banking and investment products. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively in both English and French will be paramount in this role, ensuring consumers receive professional service throughout their complaint process.
